II'll never forget walking home that night... I was so angry at myself. I had become everything I said I would never be.
I remember falling to my knees in the middle of the street in my drunken slurry and I called out to the Universe, God, or whatever was listening, to show me a better way. I wanted to live a life I felt proud of.
Within two weeks of that rock bottom moment, I discovered meditation. It was hard as hell at first, but I knew right away that it was exactly the practice I needed to get my life back on track.
I started to practicing twice per day for 20 minutes and within a few months, my life had radically transformed. My thoughts became more positive, my relationships improved drastically, I felt inspired again and my mental fog was beginning to lift... All because of a simple, daily meditation practice.
